What about Social Media & Branding for B2B or B2C?

What about Social Media & Branding for B2B or B2C? In the past, there’s been a huge divide between how B2B & B2C Traditional Marketing operated. The Business to Business (B2B), often called Enterprise Marketing, was about offering information in details that really educated buyers on the benefits and features of the product, using business language & professional style, with also direct & highly targeted ad sales. The Business to Customer (B2C), often called Consumer Marketing, was about capturing people’s attention, sometimes with “crazy” or unique & quickly special ads (Gimmick Adds), creating a positive & fun emotional relationship with the Brand . That’s why when the people saw the product in shops, or while out & about, or were shopping online (also to buy services like online training etc.), they’d bring to mind that positive feeling & make the purchase. They  also used (B2C Marketing) broad content, since customers often came from different background and had diverse uses for the products.   In our days, a number of Trends has started to change this simple & segmented approach to Marketing. B2B marketers are starting to do more exciting & emotional Brand building while B2C marketers, facing a cleverer and more “eagle-eyed” public, are creating Marketing Content that’s more “professional” & educational. Social Media is Blurring the Lines between B2B & B2C From the Social Media Examiner’s new report  (page 28), we see that only the most preferred social network for their B2B & B2C Brand Marketing differs. For B2B, it is LinkedIn and for B2C, Facebook. But what’s more impressive is that a significant amount of B2B marketers favour...
AdWords Campaigns: How to Lower Your CPA (Cost Per Action)

AdWords Campaigns: How to Lower Your CPA (Cost Per Action)

Cost per action, or CPA – or cost per acquisition – is a metric that measures how much your business pays in order to attain a conversion (complete purchase or sign-up action). Generally, your CPA will be higher than your CPC (cost per click) from PPC (Pay Per Click Campaigns), because not everyone who clicks your ad will go on to complete your desired action, whether it’s making a purchase or filling out a form to become a lead. Cost per action takes into account the number of ad clicks you need before someone converts – in order words, improving your conversion rate will lower your CPA!!!! And, what determines your CPA? Your CPA is directly affected by your Quality Score, Google’s all-important metric. This is based on the quality of your keywords, ads and of course landing pages.  In general, the higher your Quality Score, the lower your Costs. The fact is, for each point your score is above the average Quality Score of 5, your CPA will drop about 16%. Keeping your Quality Score high and your CPA low can be a huge benefit to your PPC budget over time, giving you the opportunity to buy more exposure in the online advertising space and optimize the number of conversions that come from your ad spend. How Quality Score (QS) Affects Cost Per Action (CPA) AdWords Quality Score affects your cost per click, and I believe this is well known. But not everyone realizes that Quality Score is very important in determining your cost per conversion. When you plot average CPA against impression-weighted Quality Score, you see a strong...
Using Empowering Language

Using Empowering Language

Using Power-Language to Empower & Motivate Yourself       AUTHOR: ELENI PETRAKI  CEO cube2success “International Business Solutions & Digital Life 4 Business Expert”         Using Empowering Language The power of the spoken word…       Your power lies in your word… which words are you using? Language is about more than communicating facts and figures. We manifest our lives through our thoughts, words and actions. Language is therefore a powerful tool in that we can use it in creating the lives we desire. So what is “empowering language” and how do we use it to consciously manifest?   Gaining Awareness As is true in most areas of personal growth, before we look at the tools themselves, a first step in transforming your use of language into a tool for empowerment is gaining awareness of how it feels to be conscious of your language. The next time you are having a conversation with someone, notice the signals that come up in your body and mind in reaction to the language being used by you or by the person or people you are speaking with; both during and after the conversation. For example, when I am speaking to someone and they say something that feels less than supportive,   will feel a twinge in my solar plexus(This relates to the energy of the third chakra which is where we hold our personal power).   What about you, how do you feel after talking with someone? Do you feel drained? Confused? Excited? Invigorated? Look both, at your reactions and what occurred, to find out what triggered them. Do this and you will begin to understand how empowering language can feel...
Advantages Of Online Marketing

Advantages Of Online Marketing

Advantages Of Online Marketing Internet marketing, as a career, often allows you to work from the comfort of your home or anywhere in the world that has a connection to the Internet. The most appealing aspect of internet marketing is that you can take an idea that you have and experiment with it without spending a great deal of money. If you want to set up a traditional business you have the initial expense of premises, rent, heating, inventory and staff. You then may have to work long hours to ensure that your business is successful. If the business does not work out, what then? With Internet marketing you have no overheads, you are open for business 24 hours a day and you can respond to changing trends very quickly. You can adapt your strategy or go in a completely different direction if you want. The one thing that all businesses have in common whether it is online or offline is that they need customers. An offline business would want to have their premises somewhere where there are a lot of potential customers and not hide down a back alley where no-one can find them. An online business is the same. But instead of physical brick-and-mortar premises they have a Website, and that website needs to be found to ensure that the business can operate. Search engine optimisation is vital in this case. You may have the best website in the world, but if no one knows where you are then it is completely useless. Search engine optimisation, when done properly, is the equivalent of positioning your shop or...
